Policies
Booking
A 50% deposit is required to secure a session. The total balance of your booking must be paid before the beginning of the session.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit.
Payment may be made through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or by invoice if requested.
A 3% fee will be applied to Paypal and invoice payments.
Sessions
Please do not park on Granada Ave or block the street for any reason. Please park in the driveway or on the nearby cross street Sharpe Ave.
Please be respectful of the neighborhood and do not congregate on the street.
No smoking of tobacco products of any kind inside the studio (this includes cigarettes, cigars, and Backwoods wrapped products). Please smoke these outdoors.
Please use care when handling studio equipment, especially the main studio speakers. Turn the volume down/mute the speakers when not in use and also when plugging/unplugging other audio equipment (like the aux cable). Clients will be responsible for the cost of repairs to any equipment determined to be damaged by negligence.
Feel free to reach out to your engineer about any special needs or requirements you may have for your session. We have many instruments available for use and the room can be organized according to your needs. There is also a small kitchen area with Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, and water machine.
